Our Mission
Elder Services has an inherent and strong interest in providing support for its Elder Citizens to enhance their quality of life and enable them to maintain their physical and mental health, independence, and participation in the FIGR community as much as possible.
Services
- Recreation & Hobbies: Qualifying activities cover areas such as educational, social, creative, musical, or physical activity programs or classes
- Health & Therapeutic: Qualifying activities include those defined and approved by medical provider, occupational therapist or other licensed Elder Care professional
- Housekeeping Services for Health and Safety: Qualifying services cover areas such as house cleaning and laundry support (to address health and sanitation), and landscaping(safety ingress/egress, threat mitigation)
- Nutrition Services: Qualifying services cover areas such as grocery delivery, and meal preparation and delivery service.
- Caregiving Services: Qualifying services include certified Companion Care, Long-term Care and Caregiving
- Transportation Services: Qualifying services include public transit, paratransit, taxis, Uber/Lyft, and non-emergency medical transportation.
- Estate Planning Services: Qualifying services include legal representation for preparation and/or amendment of Advance Health Care Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and related estate planning documents.
